Refund Policy

At KIO, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including original packaging, tags развит (if applicable), and proof of purchase.

  • For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings, customized or personalized jewelry, engraved items, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must meet the same return conditions (unused, unworn, and in original packaging).

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; KIO will cover shipping for the replacement item.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@kiojewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our support team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

KIO is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
